All services are provided by a board-certified licensed dentist, registered dental hygienist or dental assistant who are in good standing with the State of Michigan. Your child is eligible for oral health services ONLY when the consent and medical history form is completed in its entirety, signed and returned. 

There is NEVER an out-of-pocket cost to you for these services, 100% of all services are covered! We gladly accept and welcome all Medicaid beneficiaries! Your child will be seen even if they’re not dentally insured. If your child has private dental insurance, the respective dental company will be billed for the services rendered and any co pay WILL NOT be assessed!
